[Spoiler: Shumerman was once the instructor of the 13th Special Military Forces School in 300 years ago, he is the one who suggested and created the "Non Killing Army" to A-Class and the most trusted instructor person to the A-Class. Shumerman transfers a lot of his power and sword to Licht so he is having the Red Baron's power and able to save the school from the enemy in the war.
