Super Creek wears her auburn hair in a massive braid that reaches below her back, the end tied in a large black scrunchie. The sides of her hair curl up, framing her face, with strands of hair reaching just above her shoulder She wears another braid above her forehead, with a single white strand of hair passing through her braid. On her right ear, she wears a cerulean bow, with four silver circles arranged in a diamond shape in the center. Her blue down-turned eyes showcase her gentle and motherly personality.

Her racing uniform is simple, yet feels elegant. For starters, she wears a dark blue scarf around her neck. She wears a flowing dress with tank-top sleeves. The dress itself is light blue, with the center being white. The dress is split down the middle, both sides with framed with silver-blue trim, buttoned up by three distinct dark blue clasps, with blue diamonds on either side. Underneath her dress is a white tube dress, the top embellished with blue gemstones. As for accessories, she wears a dark blue bow around her tail, and around her waist is a dark blue purse with an intricate design on the front, featuring a silver emblem with blue gemstones, as well as two strings of pearls underneath. She wears a pair of thigh-high boots, each shoe having two diamond-shaped cutouts, with blue gems and silver trimming. Her right shoe is solid blue, whereas the right fades into a light gray gradient.
