Jousuke Tsunami is a surfer who lived in the South Seas in Japan, specifically Okinawa. He is completely passionate about the sea.

When he meets the team Inazuma Eleven discover the wonders of football, and he ends up being a player whose team is later defeated by them.

After some confusion with the Aliea Academy, Tsunami officially joins the Inazuma Caravan.

His special techniques are:
